The realization of the concept "Haandwork” was given shape in year 2006, when the company was founded by Aruna Das. Aruna who studied at NIFT , is also an alumni of coveted Parsons School of Design . Working at Nautica gave her a good exposure which she decided to bring at Haandworks.

"Haandwork” deals in exquisite hand embroidery design and machine embroidery design. We are presently catering to hand embroidered suits, tunics, burqas, sarees and yardages. We also deal with manufacturing of machine embroidered work in curtains , cushions, bed panels with emphasis laid on quality hand and machine embroidery and top finishing.

Our expertise comes in with having worked extensively in domestic market and international market. We believe in providing quality craftsmanship in our products. Currently we have our own in-house design work.

Most of the products we have made and developed earlier,  have been used in making western wedding gowns hence we also are proud to say that our products help in bringing lives together.
